The volume of the box is
1,764 in³
.
Using the volume formula, plug in the dimensions of the box and solve.
Since the units of the width are in feet, you have to convert feet to inches.
L = 14 inches
W = 1.5 Feet = 1.5 × 12 = 18 inches
H = 7 inches
V = L × W × H
V = 14 × 18 × 7
V = 1, 764

1.5 ft = 1.5 × 12 = 18
The formula for finding volume of a rectangular prism is l × w × h
That means you have to multiply all 3 numbers together.
l = 14
w = 18
h = 7
14 × 18 × 7 = 1,764
