Try writing in a journal or drawing/painting/expressing yourself through an instrument

Managing emotions can be a very difficult thing for some and everyone manages them differently. Some need someone to talk to, being able to talk about how to feel to a trusted person can be very beneficial. If you do not want to talk to someone, try writing your emotions down in a journal.
