Multiply the length of PQ by 3 to obtain the length of P'Q':  3(6) = 18 (answer)

Hey there!

The line segment of
PQ has the center of
P which has the length of
6. If the scale factor is
3 , what is the length of
P'Q'


6(3) = 18 - \\ \\ \\ 6 - 3 = 3 \\ \\ \\ 6 + 3 = 9 \\ \\ \\ 3(2) = 6

In order for us to find our answer we have to
multiply (so that means, options
B,C aren't your answers!

This leaves us with options
