Side is 2x²y³.
Area of the square = side² = (2x²y³)² = 4x⁴y⁶ = 4(-2)⁴3⁶ = 11664

side of square 2x2y3
x=-2
y=2
plug in x and y
2(-2)2(2)3
=-4(4)3
=(-8)3
=24

24 is the measure of the side of the square but they are asking you for the area
an area of a square is
A=
a^(2)
so, A=
24^(2)
A=576

576 is the area of the square
