Answer: choice A {-5, -3.6}
To get this answer, first draw a number line. Mark -3 on the number line and place an open circle there. The open circle tells us that -3 is not part of the solution set. Anything to the left of -3 is shaded in to be part of the solution set. That includes numbers like -3.6 and -5 or anything smaller than -3
