Purchase a gym membership but consistence is key. Watch youtube channels (AthleanX I highly recommended) to teach you to properly exercise. Exercise at home with no supplies doing pushups and crunchies is best to get you started. Remember, one day off becomes two days off and starts a cycle of laziness. DON'T DO THAT. But don't push yourself and know your limits. Relax when you need to.
