Solution
E and E' are the same shape but not the same size. However the vertical lines have been stretched. The ratio of consecutive sides is not the same. A is incorrect (but very hard to get rid of).

E' is Larger than E, not smaller. That makes the upper right incorrect.

E' is moved upwards, not downwards. The bottom point has to be looked at carefully. The y value of the bottom point on E is 2 (just read the graph). When you multiply it by 2.5 the y value does move it below the x axis. The new y value is 5. Going from y = 2 to y = 2 - 5 makes y = - 3. The problem is that you finish the question by moving the entire figure up 4 which means that bottom point moves up to y = 1. It is now above the x axis. So the lower right is incorrect.

The lower left is correct.
