Helen needs 60 g of sugar to make 15 biscuits.

She also needs
three times as much flour as sugar
two times as much butter as sugar
Helen is going to make 60 biscuits.
a) Work out the amount of flour she needs.
Helen has to buy all the butter she needs to make 60 biscuits.
She buys the butter in 250 g packs.
b) (i) What is the exact amount of butter she needs?

Answer:

I'll give you the correct answer:

a) You need to times 60 by 3: 60*3. This will get you 180g, which gets your first mark.
Next, you must times 180 by 4: 180*4. This gets you 720g, and there's your final answer + the last marks.

b) (i) 420g

(ii) 2 packs, because there is 240 g in one pack so you times it by two.

it just mental math, and i kinda forget how i even got the answer, but its 1 because she only needs 240 grams. and also 360 flour.
