D represents the only number that has a negative numerator and negative denominator and thus has a positive sign.

Hello!
A negative number divided by a negative number is a positive number. If our problem contains an odd number of negatives, it is negative.
Therefore, our correct answer is
D. -3/-2
(which is 6).
