The answer is A.
Find the slope using the slope formula and you get -2/1. If you plug in a point from the table, for x and y value into the equation, you'll see that it is a true statement.

Answer is A. Y= -2x
I would just plug in the numbers for y and x
-12 = -2 (6) True
-14 = -2 (7) True
-16 = -2 (8) True
-18 = -2 (9) True
-20 = -2(10) True
The rule Y= -12x can't be true since it would make all the Y values incredibly high. Also Y= -2x + 1 can't be true since that would mean -12 = -11 which is an incorrect statement.
