Answer:

2,300 grass plants in 1m²

Explanation:

1m=100cm\to1m^2=(100cm)^2=100^2cm^2=10,000cm^2\\\\100cm^2\ in\ 1m^2\to(10,000\ cm^2)/(100\ cm^2)=100\\\\23\ grass\ plants\ in\ 100cm^2\to\ 23\cdot100\ grass\ plants\ in\ 1m^2\\\\2,300\ plants\ in\ 1m^2

1sqmeter=100x100=100000sqcm
in 1sqcm there are 23/100=.23 grass plants
Therefore, there will be .23x100000=2300 grass plants in a sq.meter
