ratio lengths = 16/4 =4/1

ratio volumes = (ratio lengths)³
ratio volumes = V(larger)/V(smaller)

V(larger)/V(smaller)=(ratio lengths)³
1600/V(smaller)=4³/1
V(smaller)=1600/4³=25 cm³

Answer: B. 25 cm³
