The answer is definitely
C. Female condom
.
All the other options have at least one side effect, while the female condom has none, as it is just latex.

I'd say the answer to your question is C. Female condom
A and B are both pills which have common side effects and D has
many
side effects after use. C is simply just latex which at the most will provide discomfort which I really wouldn't name a side effect for this question.
