To find the volume of a triangular pyramid, we use this equation:
(1/3)bh=V
B=the area of the base
Let's solve.
(1/3)(300)(7.1)=V
100×7.1=710
The volume of the triangular pyramid is 710 m³

The volume for a pyramid is
where B is the base area and h is the height. We have both the area and the height, so we fill in our formula accordingly:
. That gives us a volume of 710 meters cubed.
