I would say it would be a translation transformation.

Explanation:

Why would I say it would translation? Well, for starters; translation is the only one that would make sense (though, reflection could be the second best answer; but not the correct answer [explanation later]). Dilation doesn't make sense because it's not scaling from either bigger to smaller; from the picture. Translation makes sense because it goes from a different location, keeping its original state. As I said at the beginning, reflection could be the second best answer if it weren't for its mirroring action (it's reversed); making it not an available option for this question. Lastly, rotation definitely could not be correct because it's not rotating at all.

Therefore, translation would be the most viable option in this question.
