y=mx+b\\\\-3x+9y=-27\ \ \ |+3x\\\\9y=3x-27\ \ \ |:9\\\\y=(3)/(9)x-(27)/(9)\\\\y=(1)/(3)x-3

Hello!

To write this in slope intercept form we have to solve for y.

Add 3x to both sides.

9y=-27+3x

Divide both sides by 9

y=-3+1/3

Rearrange into slope intercept form.

y=1/3x-3

I hope this helps!
