Convert 3 hours and 28 minutes to minutes.
An hour contains 60 minutes, and we have 3 hours and 28 minutes.
3 times 60 minutes is 180 minutes. Adding 28 to it, we have 208 minutes.
It took Geri 208 minutes to run 26 miles.
Now, divide 208 by 26 (number of miles) to find how long it took Geri to run only one mile.
You should get 8. Thus, Geri ran 1 mile every 8 minutes. I hope you found this useful!

Hello!
You have to divide time by amount ran, but first change the hours to minutes.
3 hours and 28 minutes = 208 minutes
Total time = 208 minutes
Amount ran = 26 miles
It took her
8 minutes
to run 1 mile
