To compute the slope of a line that passes by two ponits A and B we use the formula :

m=(y_B-y_A)/(x_B-x_A)
Use this formula to answer your question.

Coordinate points on line(-3,-1) and (3,3)

Parallel lines have same slope
so
m = (3+1)/(3+3) = 4/6 = 2/3

Answer
B. 2/3
