P(red 5) = 2/52 = 1/26
P(red 4) = 1/26
P( red 4 OR red 5) = 1/26 + 1/26 = 1/13 answer

There is 2 red fives in a deck ( Hearts and Diamonds) and 2 red fours, for a total of 4 possible cards.
This would give a probability of 4/52, which reduces to a
1/13 probability
.
