Explanation:

The given graph is the transformed form of parent function f(x) = -2|x|

The parent graph is shifted by 1 unit to the left then f(x) = -2|x+1|

and shifted up on y-axis by 3 units.

So the function is in the shape of g(x) = -2|x + 1| + 3

I think this graph is given in the last option which not clear from the picture.
