The correct answer should be y=-5x+12; Enable to find this we must put "10x+2y=-2" into slope intercept form (by subtracting 10x on both sides and then dividing both sides by 2y) we then come to the result of y=-5x-1. With this information we have the slope (-5x) and we can place it into our equation by plugging in the given y-intercept
