For this problem, you use tangent, cosine, and/or sine!

Sine is pretty simple in my opinion, so let's use that.
Remember that sine is opposite over hypotenuse, and you're trying to find an angle.

m∠B = sin^-1(4/5)
m∠B = 53.13010...

Your final answer is mB = 53 degrees.
