Assuming Pod wrote that N could be equal to -18,
Pod is correct
.
x² + 7x - 18 = (x + 9)(x - 2) . . . . . g = 9, h = -2
_____
There are no integer factors of 13 that add to give 7. 13 is prime, so the sum of its integer factors is 1+13 = 14.
