You have function
g(x)=x^2- (5)/(3) x. To count
g(n-7) you have to substitute
n-7 instead of x in the expression of g(x):

g(n-7)=(n-7)^2- (5)/(3) (n-7)=n^2-14n+49- (5)/(3) n+ (5)/(3) \cdot 7=

=n^2+n(-14- (5)/(3) )+(49+(35)/(3) )=n^2- (47)/(3) n+ (182)/(3).
