Lynn takes her puppy Olive to a doggy daycare .The price for the daycare is 21$ per day along with a monthly admission fee of 48$. Last month Lynn paid a total of 426$. Which equation can be used to find the number of days d that Olive spent at daycare and how many days was she there ?

21d+48=426
21d= 426-48=378

We could write this as a equation in slope intercept form, where x represents how many days they were there.

426=21x+48 (by the way x=18)
