This is a true statement.

Because scientific laws describe something about the function of nature, they are unable to change. Some examples of laws like the laws of motion, friction, and/or gravity are tried and tested and have been proven as explanations of how the world works. Unlike scientific theories, scientific laws are solid and entirely believed explanations of an aspect of scientific life. After all, “what goes up, must always come down.”

The answer would be True. The only thing that can change is scientific theory. But scientific law will not change
