Do this little rhyme: “Numerator in, Denominator out”. In other words, 47/50 the fraction in a division problem would be 47 divided by 50. That equals .94. You’d then move the decimal space over two to the right. That gives you the answer of 94%.

Divide the amount of inflated balloons by the total amount of balloons:
Multiply this decimal by 100 to convert into a percentage:
94%
of Mark's balloons are inflated.
