First order all the numbers least to greatest.

$28, $28, $30, $31, $35, $36, $41, $43

Because there are two numbers in the middle (no, one middle number).

Add the two together, and divide by 2

31 + 35 = 66

66/2 = 33

B.$33 is your answer
