It will take billy two hours to complete it because 15 minutes took up 1/8 of the time and 8 times 15 is 120. 120 minutes is 2 hours.

It takes Billy 15 minutes to complete 1/8 of a recipe.
Multiply 8 to both numbers
1/8 x 8 = 1
15 x 8 = 120
It takes Billy
120
minutes, or
2 hours
, for him to complete the recipe.
hope this helps
