The answer is - 4 ≤ x ≤ 10 since those are linear pieces so all that needs to be done is the union of the intervals for the piecemeal function

That's a piecewise defined function and based on its definition we got the answer D.
(By combining -4≤x<2 and 2≤x≤10)
D.
- 4 ≤ x ≤ 10
