The poem ends with the following verse:

"And so, all the night-tide, I lie down by the side
Of my darling—my darling—my life and my bride,
In her sepulchre there by the sea— In her tomb by the sounding sea."

This shows that the narrator goes to the side of his lover every 'night-tide'.

The answer is C. He lies down by her side in her tomb.
