Assuming the "3" you placed next to the x (8x"3") is not a coefficient but rather  an exponent then the answer would be, C 4x(2x2 + 3)

Factor out 4x from each monomial

8x³ + 12x

(8x³ + 12x)/4x

4x(2x² + 3) is your answer, or (C)

hope this helps
