Distribute 4x^2 to each term within the parenthesis.

4x^2(2x^2) = 8x^4
4x^2(-8x) = -32x^3
4x^2(6) = 24x^2

8x^4 -32x^3 + 24x^2 is your simplified answer

hope this helps
