We can select any two points

and then we can find equation of line

points are (0,-2) and (4,-1)

so,

x1=0 , y1=-2

x2=4 , y2=-1

now, we can use slope formula

m=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)

now, we can plug values

m=(-1+2)/(4-0)

m=(1)/(4)

now, we can use point slope form of line

y-y_1=m(x-x_1)

we ca plug values

y+2=(1)/(4)(x-0)

y+2=(x)/(4)

y=(x)/(4)-2..............Answer
