These are the choices I found on the internet:
A. Hard controls
B. Hard skills
C. Hard ultimatums
D. Hard issues

It would be letter C - Hard ultimatums. The demands or terms that are imposed in a negotiation that is difficult to accomplish by any parties. Any behavior you engage in that is self-sabotaging, that takes you away from what you want, or that distracts you from your goals is behavior that is self-defeating.
