These are the points. To see if there is a change in their slope, we need to look at each point.

The slope between (-6,-1) and (-3,2) is

( - 6 - ( - 3))/( - 1 - 2) \\ ( - 3)/( - 3) \\ = 1
The slope between (-3,2) and (-1,4) is

( - 3 - ( - 1))/(2 - 4) \\ ( - 2)/( - 2) \\ = 1
The slope between (-1,4) and (2,7) is

( - 1 - 2)/(4 - 7) \\ ( - 3)/( - 3) \\ = 1

Since the slopes are exactly the same, these points form a line. The answer is A. linear.
