The coordinates of U' would be (16, 1).
The transformation in the rectangle could be written as:
(x + 9, y + 3) (Right 9 units , up 3 units)
The original coordinates of U are (7, -2).
Applying the change produces:
(7 + 9 , -1 + 3)
(16, 1)
