How many arrangements of 3 digits can be formed from the digits 0 through 9?

Answer:

I believe the answer would be 1000. 10 x 10 x 10

There are 3 digits to the arrangement. It doesn't say that any of the digits can't be used twice. So there are a total of 10 digits for the numbers 0-9.

That would be 10x10x10=1000
