A learner's license you're able to get at the age of 15 and 6 months of age. A driver's license is available to you at 16 and you can drive anywhere without an adult.

A learner’s license or learner'permit is meant to help teach new drivers proper road techniques under provisions. This type of license allows individuals to drive on public roads, but with a specific set of restrictions. After holding the permit for over a year, drivers will be able to apply to take a driving test and receive a driver’s license, Driver's license on the other hand is an official document permitting a specific individual to operate one or more types of motorized vehicles.
