Organisation refers to all of the steps that should be follow when making sure there is equality and diversity allow and treated as equals within the work place. Simple ways that diversity and equality happens in day to day activities within the work place is: how much do two different people doing the same job make? are people with different ethnic groups treated unfairly or different from others? is everyone being spoke to with respect? what is the work requirements like for different people?
