Hello!

Since this number is a terminating decimal, it can be written as a fraction, therefore it is a rational number. In other words, a number that repeated forever in no specific order (such as
\pi) is irrational because it could not be written as a fraction with real numbers.

It's rational. At the very least, it could be represented as 2 22398/100000 the fraction reduces, but a rational number is one that can be expressed as a fraction.

It is not imaginary
sqrt(-33) is imaginary. (You are trying to take the square root of a negative number.

And it is not irrational. A number like Pi is irrational. If I tell you that the 98th number of pi is a 5 (which it's not most likely) then you cannot tell me with any certainty what the 100th digit of pi is.
