Hello!

In a function, each input must have ONE and ONLY ONE output. So in B, A is a function as there are all different inputs, so therefore as there are no similar ones each input will have one output. The same goes for B, C, and D. E is not a function as both 1/2 and -1/2 have two different outputs.

For C, if a number in the left oval points to two numbers in the right it is not a function. In 11, each number points to its own output, therefore 11 is a function. In 12 each number also points to its own output, so it is also a function.

Final Answers

B. A)Function
B)Function
C)Function
D)Function
E) Not a Function
C. 11. Function
12.Function

I hope this helps!
