small
amounts.
Condiments are used to enhance the flavor of a meal, not be a meal itself. You simply have to think of the size condiments come in. Condiments such as a packet of ketchup or mustard are generally small and can fit in the palm of your hand; therefore, condiments are meant to be consumed in small amounts.
