Ship A receives a distress signal from the southwest and ship B receives a distress signal from the same vessel from the north at what location is the vessel in distress located ?

Check out the attached image. On that image, I've extended out the rays so that they cross. This isn't entirely exact, but it looks like the two lines cross at (1,1.5)

So the distressed vessel appears to be at roughly (1,1.5)
