Point slope form is
(y - y1) = m(x-x1)

m is a slope, m=1/3.
x1 = 3,
y1 = 2

(y-2) = (1/3)(x-3)

Answer:

y-2= (1)/(3)(x-3) is the point slope form

Explanation:

the point-slope form of the line that passes through (3,2) and has a slope of 1/3

Slope of the line is
(1)/(3)

The line passes through the point (3,2)

To find equation of the line we use formula

y-y_1= m(x-x_1)

m= 1/3 , x1= 3, x2=2 Plug in all the values in the formula

y-2= (1)/(3)(x-3)

y-2= (1)/(3)x-1

Now add 2 on both sides

y= (1)/(3)x+1 is the slope intercept form
