The first term of a geometric sequence is –2 and the common ratio is -1/4. What are the next three terms of the sequence?

a.) -1/2, -1/8 -1/32
b.) 1/2, -1/8, 1/32 ****ANSWER****
c.) -1/2, 1/8, -1/32
d.) 1/2, 1/8, 1/32

I agree with the answer being B because since it's a common ratio you could just multiply -1/4 with -2 and keep doing that with each new term
