During the group's third meeting, george noticed a pattern emerging—every time the group members were close to making a decision, someone would ask him if he agreed. as the meeting came to a close, some members asked him what time the next meeting would be held and if there was anything in particular they should bring to the next meeting. george wondered if the group had begun to recognize him as their leader. based on this information, in which stage of development does george's group appear to be?

George's group appears to be in "norming"stage.

Norming is when individuals begin to determine their disparities and resolve differences, value partners' qualities, and regard your power as a leader. Group development more often than not takes after effectively conspicuous stages, known as "forming, storming, norming, and performing." Bruce Tuckman who was a psychologist made this noteworthy expression, later included a fifth stage, "adjourning" or "mourning."
