Stefan says he cannot simplify the expression
(p^(c))/(r^(c)). Complete the statement about Stefan's claim.

Stefan (can, cannot) simplify this expression because the two parts (have, do not have) the same (base, exponent).

(p^(c))/(r^(c)) is the same as:
(p * c)/(r * c)
(p/r)^c
p * c - r * c
(p/r)^c/c
no other expression

Answer: Stephan can simplify this expressions because the two parts have the same exponent.

p^c/r^c is the same as (p/r)^c

Explanation:

p^c/r^c is the same as (p/r)^c because I failed this lesson so many times that I actually learned how to do it but I can't really explain it.
