Substitute the values of x {0; 4; -4} to the equation of the function.

f(x)=-x^2+x+4\\\\f(0)=-0^2+0+4=4\\\\f(4)=-4^2+4+4=-16+8=-8\\\\f(-4)=-(-4)^2+(-4)+4=-16
