Answer:

The correct answer is "Earth is present in the center of the universe".

Step-by-step explanation:

Before and during the time of Copernicus the geocentric model given by Ptolemy was widely accepted model which stated that earth is present in the center of the universe around which all other celestial bodies revolved.

Copernicus did not accept this model and published his heliocentric model of the solar system in “On the Revolutions of the Celestial Spheres” which argued that instead of Earth, Sun is present in the center of the universe around which all celestial bodies revolves which is a widely accepted model now.

Thus, Copernicus did not agree with the Ptolemaic model that "Earth is present in the center of the universe".

The answer was that Copernicus objected to Ptolemaic system where the theory states that the universe is geocentric, where celestial bodies moves around the earth instead of the solar system model where it was patterned to Copernicus' model where science have accepted that the sun is indeed the center of our solar system and not true with Ptolemy's argument.
